India Drug Mart is committed to delivering medicines and products in the right condition, every time you place an order. Please check your items at the time of delivery. This policy explains our return, refund, cancellation, and shipping practices.
Definition
'Return' means giving back the product ordered at India Drug Mart by the consumer. Returns may be initiated for the following reasons:
Product(s) delivered do not match your order
Product(s) delivered are past or near expiry (less than 3 months to expiry)
Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal)
If you receive a damaged product, do not accept the delivery. If you discover damage after opening, you may return it for a refund within 7 days. Replacement depends on product availability; otherwise, a refund will be offered within 14 working days.
Return Process
Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer care at info@indiadrugmart.com.
We will verify your claim within 72 business hours.
If the claim is genuine, we will arrange for collection of the product(s).
Products must be packed in original manufacturer’s packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of reverse pick up (if required).
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Wrong ordering does not qualify for return
Batch number must match the invoice
Returns due to change in prescription do not qualify
Products must be unopened and in original packaging
Partially consumed strips/products do not qualify
Non-Returnable Products
Certain categories are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Baby Care: Bottle Nipples, Breast Pumps, Diapers, Wipes, etc.
Food & Nutrition: Health Drinks, Supplements
Healthcare Devices: Glucometer Strips, Health Monitors, Surgical Kits
Sexual Wellness: Condoms, Fertility Kits, Lubricants
Temperature Controlled & Speciality Medicines: Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Penfills, etc.
Medical Test Refunds
If a report is challenged and no proper justification is provided
If the report is delayed by more than 72 hours without justification
In such cases, free consultation and free delivery of medicine may be provided if the patient suffers from a prick-related injury.
Refund Process
Orders paid via online wallet will be refunded to the wallet
Orders paid via cash on delivery will be refunded to the customer’s bank account
Online Consultation Refunds
Refunds for online consultations are available only if the consultation query is not replied to within the specified timeline. Requests must be raised within 72 hours of submission or response. Valid refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 30 days.
Shipping Charges
Estimated shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and shown at checkout. For shipping queries, contact info@indiadrugmart.com.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
Orders for products can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Orders for medical tests can be cancelled until sample collection.
India Drug Mart Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled due to non-availability, errors in pricing, or other reasons.
Bulk orders (for resale, multiple orders to same address, etc.) may be cancelled at our discretion.
No cancellation charges apply for orders cancelled in accordance with this policy.
